1. Zoning Module
The Zoning Module is a core analytics feature that enables users to define and analyze interactive areas on their web pages, such as clicks, hovers, and scrolls. The scope focused on improving the zoning creation flow to streamline how users set up zones and analyze page data.

2. Monetization Optimization
Since the acquisition of Hotjar by Contentsquare 8 months ago, I joined a former Hotjar team to focus on expansion and monetization projects. My contributions include improving upsell flows to boost conversion rates while maintaining a user-first approach, ensuring users are paying for their needs.
